The new TAL 15000 inlay production system represents the latest generation of flexible high speed RFID inlay production with a throughput up to 15,000 inlays per hour.

 

High efficiency, flexibility and quality for the complete range of HF and UHF inlays are the characteristics of the TAL 15000.

 

This wide web system includes all processes on one modular platform: antenna web handling, epoxy jetting, flip chip attachment, final curing, testing and marking as well as slitting into single antenna rows. A sheet cutter is optionally available to address the requirements of the contactless card market.
