The TAL 20000 provides a quantum leap in flip chip assembly technology for RFID inlays. Realizing an assembly- and test-speed of up to 20,000 inlays per hour underlines Mühlbauer’s impressive technology leadership in RFID production solutions.

 

This wide web system includes all processes on one modular platform: antenna web handling, epoxy jetting, flip chip attachment, final curing, testing and marking as well as slitting into single antenna rows. Optionally, a sheet cutter is available to address the requirements of the market for contactless cards.
