The FCM 20000 is the most dedicated high speed flip chip assembly system for high volume RFID strap production. The throughput of 20,000 UPH for strap webs with up to 12 rows is setting the world standard for this application.
Similar to all Mühlbauer systems, the FCM 20000 includes all processes on one modular platform: web handling, epoxy jetting, flip chip attach, final curing, testing and marking as well as slitting into single strap rows.
