The TL 15000 test & personalization line is designed for a fully automatic quality inspection and sorting process of RFID labels on reel to guarantee 100 % output quality.
By using the TL 15000, the read range of every single RFID labels on reels can be checked. Optionally, an optical print inspection and/or a label personalization can be performed. Depending on the test results the labels will be sorted into three different output quality reels to ensure 100 % performance of labels on each output reel.
