Mühlbauer’s CL 15000 is one of the most flexible RFID converting systems in the market. Due to its modular structure the machine can be easily set up and adapted to the clients’ requirements, even on-site. The CL 15000 is able to produce self-adhesive HF and UHF labels by processing dry or wet inlays with a speed of up to 45 meters per minute (150 feet per minute).

The CL 15000 can be equipped with additional modules for the production of RFID tickets, hang tags and more. Depending on the machine configuration requested the final RFID labels are simply wound-up, cut into single items or folded (fan fold).

100 % output quality is guaranteed via an integral test station with a marking unit, as well as a rejection station for sorting out non-functional RFID inlays.
