Windows XP is the operating system we currently use for our vision systems.

The image processing software is TEMA-made; it serves for digital image data analysis, quality verification, feed-back to the operator and machine interfaces as well as generating records and defect classification. We either utilize ready to use modules of our software kit or develop new solutions if necessary.

We always turn our attention to the straightforward structure of our graphical user interface to enable an easy and quick operation of our systems. The inspection process stays transparent and is permanently documented by live images and protocols/statistics.  

The control software enables exact triggering of cameras, lighting systems, reject stations, and marking systems as well as the object tracking at all steps of the inspection process.
