Handling

The importance of a precise mechanical handling is often underestimated. 

In all inline applications the inspection objects are taken from the production, delivered to and from the vision system by different kinds of conveying systems (e. g. vacuum belts or magnetic belts, half shells, mandrels) and finally returned to the production process. Object detection and tracking is usually supported by sensors and rotary encoders. Backed by the Mühlbauer Group we have a comprehensive know-how available for you.

If no suitable conveying devices are on-hand at the production plant and our customer does not want to bother procuring the handling technology we can provide suitable systems.
