On the basis of the service locations of Mühlbauer Group worldwide as well as the technology centers in Germany, Malaysia, Slovakia and the USA, we achieve an unsurpassed customer proximity and reaction times of up to two hours. Spare parts stores worldwide and individual service and financing concepts complete our unique portfolio of services around the main product.
Product and application-related trainings after installation and startup by our experts ensure an optimum usage, maintenance and servicing directly by the customer. We differentiate between various levels (operator and setting trainings, service and maintenance trainings, software trainings) and work in accordance with a flexible and individual modular system. Our aim is to reach optimum productivity of ROMMEL systems by the qualification of your employees and to minimize downtimes.
We attach great importance to optimum access for operators and service, even as soon as in the development of our products.
As a matter of course our service team will be pleased to be at your disposal in case you cannot solve a problem on your own. Our maintenance and service contracts offer maximum support. Preventive maintenance (also via remote maintenance), preventive servicing measures, a 24h expert hotline and variable spare parts packs cover all eventualities and give you a sense of security.
