PCS 6000
The PCS 6000 is a fully automated passport collating and sewing system. Visa pages and holder page (polycarbonate or paper-based) are collated as a package and afterwards sewed together.
Production of different booklet types and sizes in one machine system
Collating of folded or single visa sheets
Sewing of the collated package in different sewing types, using white, color or UV color enriched threads
24 feeding stations can be integrated
Visa pages in standard 2-Up format or as folded sheets can be processed
Handling of booklets with up to 96 pages
Various booklet compositions and sizes of up to 360 x 355 mm possible
Throughput of up to 3,000 UPH
